Should anyone of a liberal mind say that such reflections as the above are immoral I would put the following questions: -- If every State has two foes and if in regard to the external foe it is allowed and not considered immoral to use every manner and art of conflict, as for example to keep the enemy in ignorance of plans of attack and defence, to attack him by night or in superior numbers, then in what way can the same means in regard to a worse foe, the destroyer of the structure of society and the commonweal, be called immoral and not permissible? Is it possible for any sound logical mind to hope with any success to guide crowds by the aid of reasonable counsels and arguments, when any objection or contradiction, senseless though it may be, can be made and when such objection may find more favour with the people, whose powers of reasoning are superficial? Men in masses and the men of the masses, being guided solely by petty passions, paltry beliefs, customs, traditions and sentimental theorism, fall a prey to party dissension, which hinders any kind of agreement even on the basis of a perfectly reasonable argument. Every resolution of a crowd depends upon a chance or packed majority, which, in its ignorance of political secrets, put forth some ridiculous resolution that lays in the administration a seed of anarchy. The political has nothing in common with the moral. The ruler who is governed by the moral is not a skilled politician, and is therefore unstable on his throne. He who wishes to rule must have resource both to cunning and to make-believe. Great national qualities, like frankness and honesty, are vices in politics, for they bring down rulers from their thrones more effectively and more certainly than the most powerful enemy. Such qualities must be the attributes of the kingdoms of the goyim, but we must in no wise be guided by them. Our right lies in force. The word "right" is an abstract thought and proved by nothing. Out of the temporary evil we are now compelled to commit will emerge the good of an unshakeable rule, which will restore the regular course of the machinery of the national life, brought to naught by liberalism. The result justifies the means. Let us, however, in our plans, direct our attention not so much to what is good and moral as to what is necessary and useful. Before us is a plan in which is laid down strategically the line from which we cannot deviate without running the risk of seeing the labour of many centuries brought to naught. In order to elaborate satisfactory forms of action it is necessary to have regard to the rascality, the slackness, the instability of the mob, its lack of capacity to understand and respect the conditions of its own life, or its own welfare. A temporary increase in the level of TNF in the body to destroy self-reactive T cells, which means that the insulin producing cells to regenerate. Vaccine in mice has raised, too, and the population of positive T lymphocytes, immune system and so to regain nearly normal. BCG is widely used as a vaccine for over 80 years in humans. Because it is used so much time and so many people, this vaccine is well established. This allows researchers to move more quickly through safety studies for clinical trials to test new drugs. Research led by Dr. Faustman has passed a hedge of Finance. Although those with type 1 diabetes are offered in large quantities as volunteers, and the vaccine is a cheap one, or just because the vaccine is cheap and readily available, no pharmaceutical company would not finance the research. Det är av yttersta vikt att vi har lagar som i högsta mån bekämpar alla former av förtryck, och att avkriminalisera cannabis vore främjande för ett effektivt jämlikhetsarbete till förmån för förtryckta grupper. Forskning har visat att minoriteter i mycket högre grad blir bestraffade under rådande system. Narkotikapolitiken slår även hårt mot de fattigare delarna av EU:s medlemsländer, där redan utsatta människor lever under förtryck: Likhet inför lagen är ett begrepp som inte efterlevs i praktiken.

Artikel 21
 Icke-diskriminering All diskriminering på grund av bland annat kön, ras, hudfärg, etniskt eller socialt ursprung, genetiska särdrag, språk, religion eller övertygelse, politisk eller annan åskådning, tillhörighet till nationell minoritet, förmögenhet, börd, funktionshinder, ålder eller sexuell läggning ska vara förbjuden.  Att inte låta människor bestämma över dess egna kroppar är diskriminering av människan i sig.  
Efter all panik, kaos och ringande i öronen förstod jag att jag bara hade mig själv, efter den dagen kom jag närmare mitt inre.  Jag prövade därefter CBD olja vilket ändrade mitt destruktiva perspektiv på livet, min depression försvann och ångesten blev lättare att bära.  Vid denna tid hade jag på egen hand lagt av med tramadol vilket jag åt ca 600 mg om dagen i två år.   Jag rökte bara cannabis och åt min CBD. Tills ekonomin inte längre tillät mig det, så jag började sälja cannabis för att kunna ha lite över så jag kunde medicinera mig mot ångesten som kom och gick men som ändå påverkade allt jag var.  Därefter försökte jag på haschavvänjningsprogram på Hassela och deras slutsats efter sina tester att oavsett cannabisbruk så hade jag huvudet på skaft och är mycket framåt vilket få ungdomar de haft har efter ett sådant missbrukshistorik jag har.  Vi kom fram till att det enda som höll mig fast i mitt cannabismissbruk vart p.g.a ångesten och hatet jag har. Så detta året ansökte jag om KBT behandling, vilket jag fick vänta ca 6 månader på.  När jag väl träffar KBT psykologen och berättar en kortfattad version av mitt liv under en timme, så påstår hon efter jag berättat om cannabisbruk att vi inte längre kan fortsätta då min inlärningsförmåga är nedsatt, vilket jag påpekade att det inte är då jag läst på mycket inom psykologi och forskning vilket är det jag vill arbeta med i framtiden. 
Men icke, hon trodde inte på mig och det kändes som en örfil.  Nu väntar jag på att träffa en laglig knarkhandlare vid titeln allmänläkare i medicin eller något, som ska ge mig olika preparat för ångest istället för cannabis.

Artikel 22
 Kulturell, religiös och språklig mångfald  Unionen ska respektera den kulturella, religiösa och språkliga mångfalden.  EU innehåller flera olika länder, människor och kulturer. I många av dessa kulturer så innebär det att röka cannabis. Således är det mot EU:s lagstiftning och dess stadgar att hindra detta kulturella yttrande. 
Artikel 23
 Jämställdhet mellan kvinnor och män 
Jämställdhet mellan kvinnor och män ska säkerställas på alla områden, inbegripet i fråga om anställning, arbete och lön. 
"En medveten överskridning av de kvinnliga normerna för alkoholkonsumtion under de senare decennierna kan ses som bidragande till den stora ökningen av kvinnors drickande. Inom alkoholforskningen så har problematiseringen av könet när det gäller kvinnors drickande fått en större plats och motsvarande forskning om mäns alkoholkonsumtion och alkoholproblem saknas. Kvinnors missbruk och väg ut ur det problematiseras ofta genom deras relation till barnen Familjens betydelse och föräldraskap för männen har däremot inte framträtt lika tydligt i förståelsen av mäns förändringsprocess." -Gerhard Larsson SOU 2011:6, sidan 532
 "Generellt så tenderade kvinnorna att ha en bättre förankring på arbetsmarknaden genom att uppge att de levde på förvärvsarbete, sjukpenning eller arbetslöshetsförsäkring under det att männen var klart överrepresenterade bland dem som hade försörjningsstöd.  Den kvinnliga profilen är annorlunda jämfört med beskrivningar i främst amerikanska studier där dålig ekonomi och arbetslöshet tas upp som ett stort problem för kvinnor, vilket också hindrar dem att söka vård för sina missbruksproblem.  De svenska männen i beroendevård ansåg sig i större utsträckning ha behov av hjälp för sin kriminalitet, kvinnorna upplevde behov av hjälp för familjerelaterade problem och psykisk hälsa.  Männen var även större vårdkonsumenter än kvinnorna avseende akut slutenvård, avgiftning och öppenvård, medan kvinnorna hade haft fler kontakter med psykiatrin" -Gerhard Larsson SOU 2011:6, 534.

Utsatta kvinnor som dras in människohandel är föremål för oproportionerligt hårda straff, medan kvinnor som använder droger ofta blir föremål för missbruk, nekas tillgång till hälso- och sjukvård, och godtyckligt nekas föräldraskapliga rättigheter. Principen om jämställdhet utgör inget hinder för att behålla eller besluta om åtgärder som innebär särskilda förmåner för det underrepresenterade könet.  Mäns användande  är överrepresenterat när det gäller av brukandet av narkotika, skolan inte uppfyller sina krav, pojkar är inte godkända i kärnämnena när  de slutar grundskolan vilket leder till utsatthet och sociala problem och det leder dem i händerna på kriminella nätverk.  Diskrimineringen sker redan i skolan vilket bryter mot barnkonventionen. Män har i ung ålder inte fått jämställd hjälp i skolan vilket leder till arbetslöshet. Detta leder till att de börjar sälja cannabis för att försörja familjen och allt  vad det innebär eftersom efterfrågan är så stor. Eftersom ombesörjningen av  familj och barn oftast ligger på männens axlar i dagens  globala samhällen leder det till att fängelsernas intagna är överrepresenterade av män som har frihetsberövats för cannabisrelaterade brott
Världens patriarkaliska ordning bidrar till mycket lidande för män, kvinnor och barn.  Även natur, djur och atmosfär lider p.g.a av att män är en sorts slavar till att tjäna pengar och ansvara för hela familjen, som inkluderar mor-och farföräldrar, svärföräldrar, kusiner etc. Män diskrimineras i val om vårdnadsfrågor med barn och många  kvinnor använder mäns cannabisbruk som ett maktmedel när det gäller rätten till att få träffa sina barn. 
"Cannabis är den i särklass mest odlade, trafikerade och brukade  drogen. Hälften av alla narkotikabeslag i världen är cannabisbeslag. Den geografiska spridningen av dessa verksamheter är global, vilket omfattar praktiskt taget alla länder i världen. Omkring 147 miljoner människor, 2,5% av världens befolkning, konsumerar cannabis (årlig prevalens) jämfört med 0,2% som konsumerar kokain och 0,2% som konsumerar opiater." -World Health Organisation, 2015.

"Uppgifter om att mellan 6 procent och 62 procent av missbrukande kvinnor har blivit utsatta för sexuella övergrepp i barndomen förekommer.  I en svensk enkätstudie av 103 kvinnor med missbruk från olika verksamheter i Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö vilka vände sig till missbrukande kvinnor hade 75 procent av de tillfrågade varit utsatta under de senaste två åren för fysiskt våld, och/eller sexuellt våld, och/eller psykiska övergrepp från en manlig förövare .  Kvinnor som har varit utsatta för sexuella övergrepp har även en signifikant ökat risk att utveckla alkoholproblem i vuxen ålder. För dessa kvinnor anses skyddsaspekten vara mycket viktig, både vad det gäller att stöta på en eventuell förövare som medpatient men även att risken för att återuppleva tidigare trauma skrämmer bort dessa kvinnor från att söka vård över huvud taget. Denna grupp är särskilt sårbar då de som regel inte heller har tillträde till kvinnojourernas verksamheter på grund av sitt missbruk." -Gerhard Larsson SOU 2011:6, 540. 
Detta är relevant eftersom Sverige har de mest repressiva, kontraproduktiva och restriktiva lagar när det gäller narkotika och socialpolitik, som orsakar skada.  Ovanstående stycke handlar om alkohol, kvinnor med problematiskt alkoholbruk får inte tillträde till kvinnojourer. Hur tror ni då att någon med ett Cannabisbruk blir behandlad av samhälle och organisationer som ska vara humana? Jag upprepar:  Sverige har näst högst dödlighet i Europiska Unionen. 
 "Gällande vuxna vet vi dock att för Stockholm så beräknas 5 procent av alla vuxna män ha en tydlig antisocial problematik, motsvarande siffra för kvinnor beräknas till 0,5 procent (Hodgins & Janson, 2002). Denna grupp av personer begår en majoritet alla brott som begås i Stockholm.  De allra flesta av dessa har börjat sin kriminella bana under ungdomsåren." -Gerhard Larsson SOU 2011:6, sidan 542.
Artikel 24
 Barnets rättigheter  
Barn har rätt till det skydd och den omvårdnad som behövs för deras välfärd. De ska fritt kunna uttrycka sina åsikter. Dessa åsikter ska beaktas i frågor som rör barnen i förhållande till deras ålder och mognad. 
Barn har rätt till välfärd och ska fritt kunna uttrycka åsikter: I det resonemanget ingår det en korrekt utbildning baserat på vetenskap i skolan, för att i sin tur skapa en mer naturligt och nyanserad kunskap om problematiken och vinningar i samhället angående dom olika aspekterna av Cannabis, men även andra droger. Barn får inte visa sina utryck eller klä sig med färger, smycken eller ha vissa hårfrisyrer som kan härledas till Cannabis-kultur. Gymnasieelever blir tvingade att skriva på "avtal" vid läsårets början. Där inkluderardet en skyldighet som att lämna urinprov på begäran, annars riskerar man avstängning, relegering. Det innebär straff. "Kroppsliga ingrepp anses vara så integritetskränkande att den minderårige själv ska ge sitt samtycke." -Carl Falck, förbundsjurist på Lärarförbundet, 2007.

Vid alla åtgärder som rör barn, oavsett om de vidtas av offentliga myndigheter eller privata institutioner, ska barnets bästa komma i främsta rummet.  Vid problematiskt narkotikamissbruk inom familjen så ska familjen i helhet ingå i en vård som främjar alla som är drabbade. Barnets bästa är oftast att få vara med sina föräldrar. Det är så många barn och ungdomar som har blivit skadade för livet av myndigheter för att deras föräldrar brukat Cannabis, en drog som är så mycket säkrare än alkohol och nikotin.  Att drogtesterna är olagliga är samtliga jurister som vi har talat med överrens om. Skolan eller socialtjänsten får inte drogtesta elever, åtminstone inte mot deras vilja.  Det strider mot grundlagen och mot Europakonventionen 
Varje barn har rätt att regelbundet upprätthålla ett personligt förhållande till och direkta kontakter med båda föräldrarna, utom då detta strider mot barnets bästa.  Ett värdigt liv för äldre kan innebära att få bruka cannabis. Forskning har visat att Cannabis kan hjälpa mot en hel del ålderskrämpor och ersätta en hel del av den medicinen som redan ges i form av kemikalier.  
Artikel 25 
Äldres rättigheter Unionen erkänner och respekterar rätten för äldre att leva ett värdigt och oberoende liv och att delta i det sociala och kulturella livet. De flesta äldre tar någon form av recept-elagd edii. Caaises sido-effekter är etdligt idre jämfört med de hos receptbelagda mediciner.  Cannabis kan minska och eventuellt byta ut många av de mediciner som äldre använder, med mindre biverkningar.
 Artikel 26
 Integrering av personer med funktionshinder Unionen erkänner och respekterar rätten för personer med funktionshinder att få del av åtgärder som syftar till att säkerställa deras oberoende, sociala och yrkesmässiga integrering och deltagande i samhällslivet. Cannabis är en otrolig mångsidig substans, få substanser har ett så utbrett användningsområde. Cannabis kan användas för att behandla: Spasticitet, kronisk smärta, illamående men även behandlade psykiska svårigheter relaterat till ångest, koncentrationssvårigheter - bl.a. ADHD , Aspergers syndrom och Bipolaritet. 
Jag är 23 år gammal med Neuropsykologiska funktionshinder, ADHD, har växt upp i en mycket splittrad familj där olika problem uppstod vilket påverkade mig som person att utvecklas bra, mobbning och utanförskap var mycket en vardag för mig, blev även själv ett rövhål tillslut. Allt detta skapade en ångest som jag fick hjälp att hantera utan vidare resultat. Sedan jag var 13 år gammal har jag varit i kontakt med skolkurator tills när jag blev 15 därefter fick jag  kontakt med socialen, kontaktpersonen beslutade därefter  att jag inte behöver det utan något att gå på, fick därefter reda på att det kostade för mycket.  Att betala 1000 kr i månaden till kontaktpersonen var för mycket. Jag hade kontakt med BUP samtidigt ifrån 17 års ålder till att jag blev 18 utan resultat, så fort jag blev 18 blev jag skickad till allmänpsykiatrin som ansåg att jag inte riktigt var tillräcklig deprimerad så jag avslutade kontakten med deras psykolog, därefter förlorade jag en person i mitt liv som var den enda jag kände värme ifrån, men hon räddade sig själv och tog med sig en del utav mig, den tomheten gjorde mig galen vilket gjorde att jag prövade röka cannabis.
