Should anyone of a liberal mind say that such reflections as the above are immoral I would put the following questions: -- If every State has two foes and if in regard to the external foe it is allowed and not considered immoral to use every manner and art of conflict, as for example to keep the enemy in ignorance of plans of attack and defence, to attack him by night or in superior numbers, then in what way can the same means in regard to a worse foe, the destroyer of the structure of society and the commonweal, be called immoral and not permissible? Is it possible for any sound logical mind to hope with any success to guide crowds by the aid of reasonable counsels and arguments, when any objection or contradiction, senseless though it may be, can be made and when such objection may find more favour with the people, whose powers of reasoning are superficial? Men in masses and the men of the masses, being guided solely by petty passions, paltry beliefs, customs, traditions and sentimental theorism, fall a prey to party dissension, which hinders any kind of agreement even on the basis of a perfectly reasonable argument. Every resolution of a crowd depends upon a chance or packed majority, which, in its ignorance of political secrets, put forth some ridiculous resolution that lays in the administration a seed of anarchy. The political has nothing in common with the moral. The ruler who is governed by the moral is not a skilled politician, and is therefore unstable on his throne. He who wishes to rule must have resource both to cunning and to make-believe. Great national qualities, like frankness and honesty, are vices in politics, for they bring down rulers from their thrones more effectively and more certainly than the most powerful enemy. Such qualities must be the attributes of the kingdoms of the goyim, but we must in no wise be guided by them. Our right lies in force. The word "right" is an abstract thought and proved by nothing. Out of the temporary evil we are now compelled to commit will emerge the good of an unshakeable rule, which will restore the regular course of the machinery of the national life, brought to naught by liberalism. The result justifies the means. Let us, however, in our plans, direct our attention not so much to what is good and moral as to what is necessary and useful. Before us is a plan in which is laid down strategically the line from which we cannot deviate without running the risk of seeing the labour of many centuries brought to naught. In order to elaborate satisfactory forms of action it is necessary to have regard to the rascality, the slackness, the instability of the mob, its lack of capacity to understand and respect the conditions of its own life, or its own welfare. It must be understood that the might of a mob is blind, senseless and unreasoning force ever at the mercy of a suggestion from any side. Can they defend themselves from an external foe? It is unthinkable, for a plan broken up into as many parts as there are heads in the mob, loses all homogeneity, and thereby becomes unintelligible and impossible of execution. It is only with a despotic ruler that plans can be elaborated extensively and clearly in such a way as to distribute the whole properly among the several parts of the machinery of the State: from this the conclusion is inevitable that a satisfactory form of government for any country is one that concentrates in the hands of one responsible person. The next step is to find, in phase II and a possible dosage frequency with BCG vaccine that will benefit patients with type 1 diabetes. This phase will last 3 years. A third phase would test the drugs on a large scale.
BCG induce an act of natural protein in the body called tumor necrosis factor (TNF). A temporary increase in the level of TNF in the body to destroy self-reactive T cells, which means that the insulin producing cells to regenerate. Vaccine in mice has raised, too, and the population of positive T lymphocytes, immune system and so to regain nearly normal.
BCG is widely used as a vaccine for over 80 years in humans. Because it is used so much time and so many people, this vaccine is well established. This allows researchers to move more quickly through safety studies for clinical trials to test new drugs.
Research led by Dr. Faustman has passed a hedge of Finance. Although those with type 1 diabetes are offered in large quantities as volunteers, and the vaccine is a cheap one, or just because the vaccine is cheap and readily available, no pharmaceutical company would not finance the research. The study goes further, based in large measure on donations.
How to trigger diabetes
The cells that form the islets of Langerhans in the pancreas and a portion responsible for the production of insulin, a hormone necessary for glucose metabolism. For those who suffer from insulin-dependent diabetes, the pancreatic cells fail to produce insulin. In its absence glucose builds up in the blood, causing the condition known as hyperglycemia (high blood glucose).
Langerhans formed by cords of cells. Cords formed, in turn, from Alpha cells (secrete the hormone glucagon has the opposite effect of insulin) and beta (secretes insulin). These islands, where healthy people produce insulin in precise proportions required. When the blood sugar reaches the normal range, the islands will reduce the production of insulin, which is still in a state of anticipation.
Right now, even though the entire process described above is well known and there are many theories, no one has managed to figure out what exactly triggers the attack and, in particular, diabetes.
Treatment that can cure diabetes type 1 are still far away. But they mentioned seems to have made the most progress. They offer new hope to those who are waiting for the miracle that will transform the disease diabetes.

Efter all panik, kaos och ringande i öronen förstod jag att jag bara hade mig själv, efter den dagen kom jag närmare mitt inre. Därefter försökte jag på haschavvänjningsprogram på Hassela och deras slutsats efter sina tester att oavsett cannabisbruk så hade jag huvudet på skaft och är mycket framåt vilket få ungdomar de haft har efter ett sådant missbrukshistorik jag har. Vi kom fram till att det enda som höll mig fast i mitt cannabismissbruk vart p.g.a ångesten och hatet jag har. Så detta året ansökte jag om KBT behandling, vilket jag fick vänta ca 6 månader på. När jag väl träffar KBT psykologen och berättar en kortfattad version av mitt liv under en timme, så påstår hon efter jag berättat om cannabisbruk att vi inte längre kan fortsätta då min inlärningsförmåga är nedsatt, vilket jag påpekade att det inte är då jag läst på mycket inom psykologi och forskning vilket är det jag vill arbeta med i framtiden.
Men icke, hon trodde inte på mig och det kändes som en örfil. Nu väntar jag på att träffa en laglig knarkhandlare vid titeln allmänläkare i medicin eller något, som ska ge mig olika preparat för ångest istället för cannabis.

Detta är relevant eftersom Sverige har de mest repressiva, kontraproduktiva och restriktiva lagar när det gäller narkotika och socialpolitik, som orsakar skada. Ovanstående stycke handlar om alkohol, kvinnor med problematiskt alkoholbruk får inte tillträde till kvinnojourer. Hur tror ni då att någon med ett Cannabisbruk blir behandlad av samhälle och organisationer som ska vara humana? Jag upprepar: Sverige har näst högst dödlighet i Europiska Unionen.

Barn har rätt till det skydd och den omvårdnad som behövs för deras välfärd. De ska fritt kunna uttrycka sina åsikter. Dessa åsikter ska beaktas i frågor som rör barnen i förhållande till deras ålder och mognad.

Gymnasieelever blir tvingade att skriva på "avtal" vid läsårets början. Där inkluderardet en skyldighet som att lämna urinprov på begäran, annars riskerar man avstängning, relegering. Att drogtesterna är olagliga är samtliga jurister som vi har talat med överrens om. Skolan eller socialtjänsten får inte drogtesta elever, åtminstone inte mot deras vilja. Varje barn har rätt att regelbundet upprätthålla ett personligt förhållande till och direkta kontakter med båda föräldrarna, utom då detta strider mot barnets bästa. Ett värdigt liv för äldre kan innebära att få bruka cannabis. Forskning har visat att Cannabis kan hjälpa mot en hel del ålderskrämpor och ersätta en hel del av den medicinen som redan ges i form av kemikalier.
Artikel 25
Äldres rättigheter Unionen erkänner och respekterar rätten för äldre att leva ett värdigt och oberoende liv och att delta i det sociala och kulturella livet. De flesta äldre tar någon form av recept-elagd edii. Caaises sido-effekter är etdligt idre jämfört med de hos receptbelagda mediciner. Cannabis kan minska och eventuellt byta ut många av de mediciner som äldre använder, med mindre biverkningar.

Integrering av personer med funktionshinder Unionen erkänner och respekterar rätten för personer med funktionshinder att få del av åtgärder som syftar till att säkerställa deras oberoende, sociala och yrkesmässiga integrering och deltagande i samhällslivet. Cannabis är en otrolig mångsidig substans, få substanser har ett så utbrett användningsområde. Cannabis kan användas för att behandla: Spasticitet, kronisk smärta, illamående men även behandlade psykiska svårigheter relaterat till ångest, koncentrationssvårigheter - bl.a. ADHD , Aspergers syndrom och Bipolaritet.
Jag är 23 år gammal med Neuropsykologiska funktionshinder, ADHD, har växt upp i en mycket splittrad familj där olika problem uppstod vilket påverkade mig som person att utvecklas bra, mobbning och utanförskap var mycket en vardag för mig, blev även själv ett rövhål tillslut. Allt detta skapade en ångest som jag fick hjälp att hantera utan vidare resultat. Sedan jag var 13 år gammal har jag varit i kontakt med skolkurator tills när jag blev 15 därefter fick jag kontakt med socialen, kontaktpersonen beslutade därefter att jag inte behöver det utan något att gå på, fick därefter reda på att det kostade för mycket. Att betala 1000 kr i månaden till kontaktpersonen var för mycket. Jag hade kontakt med BUP samtidigt ifrån 17 års ålder till att jag blev 18 utan resultat, så fort jag blev 18 blev jag skickad till allmänpsykiatrin som ansåg att jag inte riktigt var tillräcklig deprimerad så jag avslutade kontakten med deras psykolog, därefter förlorade jag en person i mitt liv som var den enda jag kände värme ifrån, men hon räddade sig själv och tog med sig en del utav mig, den tomheten gjorde mig galen vilket gjorde att jag prövade röka cannabis.
JÄMLIKHET
Artikel 20
Likhet inför lagen Alla människor är lika inför lagen. Det är av yttersta vikt att vi har lagar som i högsta mån bekämpar alla former av förtryck, och att avkriminalisera cannabis vore främjande för ett effektivt jämlikhetsarbete till förmån för förtryckta grupper. Forskning har visat att minoriteter i mycket högre grad blir bestraffade under rådande system. Narkotikapolitiken slår även hårt mot de fattigare delarna av EU:s medlemsländer, där redan utsatta människor lever under förtryck: Likhet inför lagen är ett begrepp som inte efterlevs i praktiken.

Artikel 21
Icke-diskriminering All diskriminering på grund av bland annat kön, ras, hudfärg, etniskt eller socialt ursprung, genetiska särdrag, språk, religion eller övertygelse, politisk eller annan åskådning, tillhörighet till nationell minoritet, förmögenhet, börd, funktionshinder, ålder eller sexuell läggning ska vara förbjuden. Att inte låta människor bestämma över dess egna kroppar är diskriminering av människan i sig.
Efter all panik, kaos och ringande i öronen förstod jag att jag bara hade mig själv, efter den dagen kom jag närmare mitt inre. Jag prövade därefter CBD olja vilket ändrade mitt destruktiva perspektiv på livet, min depression försvann och ångesten blev lättare att bära. Vid denna tid hade jag på egen hand lagt av med tramadol vilket jag åt ca 600 mg om dagen i två år. Jag rökte bara cannabis och åt min CBD. Tills ekonomin inte längre tillät mig det, så jag började sälja cannabis för att kunna ha lite över så jag kunde medicinera mig mot ångesten som kom och gick men som ändå påverkade allt jag var. Därefter försökte jag på haschavvänjningsprogram på Hassela och deras slutsats efter sina tester att oavsett cannabisbruk så hade jag huvudet på skaft och är mycket framåt vilket få ungdomar de haft har efter ett sådant missbrukshistorik jag har. Vi kom fram till att det enda som höll mig fast i mitt cannabismissbruk vart p.g.a ångesten och hatet jag har. Så detta året ansökte jag om KBT behandling, vilket jag fick vänta ca 6 månader på. När jag väl träffar KBT psykologen och berättar en kortfattad version av mitt liv under en timme, så påstår hon efter jag berättat om cannabisbruk att vi inte längre kan fortsätta då min inlärningsförmåga är nedsatt, vilket jag påpekade att det inte är då jag läst på mycket inom psykologi och forskning vilket är det jag vill arbeta med i framtiden.
Men icke, hon trodde inte på mig och det kändes som en örfil. Nu väntar jag på att träffa en laglig knarkhandlare vid titeln allmänläkare i medicin eller något, som ska ge mig olika preparat för ångest istället för cannabis.

Inom tillämpningsområdet för fördragen, och utan att det påverkar tillämpningen av någon särskild bestämmelse i dem, ska all diskriminering på grund av nationalitet vara förbjuden. Kulturell, religiös och språklig mångfald Unionen ska respektera den kulturella, religiösa och språkliga mångfalden. EU innehåller flera olika länder, människor och kulturer. I många av dessa kulturer så innebär det att röka cannabis. Således är det mot EU:s lagstiftning och dess stadgar att hindra detta kulturella yttrande.

Jämställdhet mellan kvinnor och män
Jämställdhet mellan kvinnor och män ska säkerställas på alla områden, inbegripet i fråga om anställning, arbete och lön.
"En medveten överskridning av de kvinnliga normerna för alkoholkonsumtion under de senare decennierna kan ses som bidragande till den stora ökningen av kvinnors drickande. Inom alkoholforskningen så har problematiseringen av könet när det gäller kvinnors drickande fått en större plats och motsvarande forskning om mäns alkoholkonsumtion och alkoholproblem saknas. "Generellt så tenderade kvinnorna att ha en bättre förankring på arbetsmarknaden genom att uppge att de levde på förvärvsarbete, sjukpenning eller arbetslöshetsförsäkring under det att männen var klart överrepresenterade bland dem som hade försörjningsstöd. Den kvinnliga profilen är annorlunda jämfört med beskrivningar i främst amerikanska studier där dålig ekonomi och arbetslöshet tas upp som ett stort problem för kvinnor, vilket också hindrar dem att söka vård för sina missbruksproblem. De svenska männen i beroendevård ansåg sig i större utsträckning ha behov av hjälp för sin kriminalitet, kvinnorna upplevde behov av hjälp för familjerelaterade problem och psykisk hälsa. Principen om jämställdhet utgör inget hinder för att behålla eller besluta om åtgärder som innebär särskilda förmåner för det underrepresenterade könet. Mäns användande är överrepresenterat när det gäller av brukandet av narkotika, skolan inte uppfyller sina krav, pojkar är inte godkända i kärnämnena när de slutar grundskolan vilket leder till utsatthet och sociala problem och det leder dem i händerna på kriminella nätverk. Diskrimineringen sker redan i skolan vilket bryter mot barnkonventionen. Män har i ung ålder inte fått jämställd hjälp i skolan vilket leder till arbetslöshet. Detta leder till att de börjar sälja cannabis för att försörja familjen och allt vad det innebär eftersom efterfrågan är så stor. Eftersom ombesörjningen av familj och barn oftast ligger på männens axlar i dagens globala samhällen leder det till att fängelsernas intagna är överrepresenterade av män som har frihetsberövats för cannabisrelaterade brott

Artikel 6
Rätt till frihet och säkerhet. Var och en har rätt till frihet och personlig säkerhet. Otryggheten är maximal för människor som lever i segregerade, socioekonomiska delar av världen p.g.a gängkriminalitet och polisers segregering av fattiga, missbrukare och icke-vita människor. Vid en Cannabislegalisering skulle 50% av denna otrygghet i medborgares levnadsvillkor försvinna för människor i utsatta områden.
Artikel 7
Respekt för privatlivet och familjelivet Var och en har rätt till respekt för sitt privatliv och familjeliv, sin bostad och sina kommunikationer.
Att bestraffa människor som har droger i kroppen påverkar äktenskap och familjekonstellationer. Man får svårt att få bostad, det blir ryktesspridning av människor i samma samhälle som den bestraffade människan bor i, vilket påverkar barn och familj negativt.
Artikel 8
Skydd av personuppgifter Var och en har rätt till skydd av de personuppgifter som rör honom eller henne
Dessa uppgifter ska behandlas lagenligt för bestämda ändamål och på grundval av den berörda personens samtycke eller någon annan legitim och lagenlig grund. Var och en har rätt att få tillgång till insamlade uppgifter som rör honom eller henne och att få rättelse av dem. En oberoende myndighet ska kontrollera att dessa regler efterlevs. När man blir dömd för narkotikabrott meddelas det till statliga myndigheter automatiskt, människor blir av med sina körkort, utan att ha blivit ertappad påverkad av substanser vid bilkörning.
Efter mycket mediterande med cannabis förstod jag att jag är mer är värdig ett harmoniskt liv, jag slutade med min kriminella livsstil och slutade leva destruktivt.
Jag fick en bild utav vad jag ville åstadkomma och bli och har sedan dess strävat efter det. Jag började genom socialen att få hjälp utav Hasselakollektivet, som hjälpte mig bra.
Tillsammans tog vi kontakt med ADHD center eftersom jag ville få hjälp med mina besvär av min adhd utan medicinering men de nekade mig kontakt med en psykolog som var specialist utbildad i ADHD problematik efter att de fick veta att jag nyttjat Cannabis.
Människor som har brukat droger nekas smärtlindring på sjukinrättningar p.g.a att det finns antecknat i sekretessbelagda journaler. Och det spelar ingen roll om man har varit drogfri i 10 år. Man får ändå inga mediciner vid operationer. Jag fick inte det efter att hade voltat med bilen och hade otroligt ont i huvudet och ryggen. Det stod i mina journaler att jag hade brukat Cannabis. Inte heller fick jag smärtstillande när jag hade opererat ut en tumör från mitt bröst. Är det inte dags att denna oberoende myndighet gör sitt arbete och ser till att dessa otroliga orättvisor upphävs?
Artikel 9
Rätt att ingå äktenskap och rätt att bilda familj Rätten att ingå äktenskap och rätten att bilda familj ska garanteras enligt de nationella lagar som reglerar utövandet av dessa rättigheter. Människor som tidigare har levt i missbruk får myndighetskontroll utövat och tvingade till att lämna urin och blodprov när de ska bilda familj. Vid vägran anses dem vara skyldiga och fråntas sina barn av statliga myndigheter. Detta är väldigt olyckligt för det finns så många barn som har blivit av med sina föräldrar och individer som har fått sina liv förstörda för att de har brukat cannabis eller odlat sin medicin av nödvärn skäl.
Artikel 10
Tankefrihet, samvetsfrihet och religionsfrihet Var och en har rätt till tankefrihet, samvetsfrihet och religionsfrihet.
Denna rätt innefattar frihet att byta religion eller övertygelse och frihet att ensam eller i gemenskap med andra, offentligt eller enskilt, utöva sin religion eller övertygelse genom gudstjänst, undervisning, sedvänjor och ritualer. ADHD-centers motivering var att med cannabis i systemet är jag inte mig själv, mina tankar är inte mina egna inte heller mina val. Med konfunderad min ställde jag frågan om det vart cannabis inom mig som sökte hjälp, vilket hen inte kunde svara på. Jag fick istället för psykolog kontakt med en terapeut av något slag som mer eller mindre menade på att jag var en psykopat utav något slag så jag tackade hen för att ha slösat min tid och gick därifrån, med ännu mer brist på respekt mot auktoriteter.
Och hatet växte ännu mer.
Rastafarier ser cannabis som en sakramental och djupt välgörande växt som omnämns som Livets Träd i Bibeln. Man brukar citera Uppenbarelseboken 22: 2, som säger att trädets löv är till för läkning av nationerna. Rökning av cannabis, särskilt med långskaftade vattenpipor kallade chalices, är sedan 1940-talets slut ett måste i de religiösa sammankomster som rastafarier kallar "reasoning sessions" där medlemmarna samlas för att diskutera livet ur rastafarianska perspektiv. THC ministeriet är en religion som anser cannabis som ett sakrament. Taoistiska shamaner har använt cannabis i kombination med ginseng för att avslöja sanningen om framtiden och med ett syfte att cannabis hade förmågan att kasta deras ande framåt i tiden. Det finns ett flertal religioner som har cannabis som sakrament men med en kriminalisering kränks religionsfriheten och de fundamentala, mänskliga rättigheterna.
Rätten till vapenvägran ska erkännas enligt de nationella lagar som reglerar utövandet av denna rättighet. Vi vet mycket väl att människor har blivit tvingade att handha vapen för att beskydda sig eftersom de kriminella och illegala organisationerna vill ha ensamrätt på narkotikaverksamhet som smuggling, försäljning och tillverkning. Jag tycker egentligen inte att jag behöver nämna handgranatattacker i södra Sverige och 120 000 döda mexikaner.
Artikel 11
Yttrandefrihet och informationsfrihet Var och en har rätt till yttrandefrihet. Denna rätt innefattar åsiktsfrihet samt frihet att ta emot och sprida uppgifter och tankar utan offentlig myndighets inblandning och oberoende av territoriella gränser.
Mediernas frihet och mångfald ska respekteras. Om man sprider en åsikt på sociala medier om att man är för en avkriminalisering av illegala substanser
riskerar man att bli påhälsad av statliga myndigheter som polis och socialtjänst. Man är också rädd för att uttala sig om sina grundläggande rättigheter för att man riskerar att bli av med sitt arbete eller sina barn När jag berättade att jag använder cannabis som medicin eftersom jag inte får någon hjälp för mina symptom mot ADHD och smärtan mot min fibromyalgi fick jag tvångslag (LPT) utsatt mot mig, när jag sökte hjälp, av en läkare på Danderyds sjukhus (den förmögna kommunen i Sverige) 2014.
Artikel 12
Mötes- och föreningsfrihet Var och en har rätt till frihet att delta i fredliga sammankomster samt till föreningsfrihet på alla nivåer, särskilt på det politiska, fackliga och medborgerliga området, vilket innebär rätten för var och en att bilda och ansluta sig till fackföreningar för att skydda sina intressen. Jag är aktiv i en förening som vill avkriminalisera Cannabis, en dag kom polisen hem till mig när jag inte var hemma. Människor som samlas under 420 (20:e april) blir trakasserade av poliser, tvingade till att lämna urinprov och felaktigt kroppsvisiterade. De blir gripna och bestraffade.
De politiska partierna på unionsnivå ska bidra till att unionsmedborgarnas politiska vilja kommer till uttryck. I sociala medier känns det svårt och otryggt att "attenda" (acceptera) inbjudningar till evenemang av rädslan för vem som kommer att se ens intressen som man har rätt att skydda. Jag själv hade inte vågat engagera mig i Cannabisrelaterade intresseorganisationer om min dotter fortfarande bodde hos mig. Jag vet att många i legaliseringsrörelsen upplever situationen som mig. Det strider mot många av de 54 rättigheterna. Därför råder jag de politiska partierna lyssna på det jag skriver och vara väl medvetna om att jag har studerat EU:s samtliga fördragsbestämmelser men tar inte med alla på grund av tidsbrist.
Artikel 13
Frihet för konsten och vetenskapen Konsten och den vetenskapliga forskningen ska vara fria. Den akademiska friheten ska respekteras. Många estetiskt lagda personer behöver kemiska substanser för att kunna rita, måla, sjunga, skriva och dansa. Att prestera bättre i konst och kultur stärker etnisitet, människovärdet och folkhälsan i samhället. Det är nu förbjudet att forska på cannabis och dess medicinska egenskaper p.g.a en förlegad och felaktig klassificering. I studien där erkännandet av att cancer elimineras av cannabinoider skriver dem:
"Studier på möss och råttor har visat att cannabinoider kan hämma tumörtillväxt genom att orsaka celldöd, blockera celltillväxt, och blockera utvecklingen av blodkärlen som krävs av tumörer att växa. Laboratorie och djurstudier har visat att cannabinoider kanske kan döda cancerceller och samtidigt skydda normala celler".

Om världens ledare hade forskat på cannabis eller andra förnjudna substanser under föregående seklet hade förmodligen botemedlet redan upptäckts till denna förskräckliga sjukdom och många i världen skulle slippa bli drabbade av förluster och tragik. Kanske skulle Bob Marley fortfarande varit levande och kunnat umgås med sina barnbarn på en veranda i Kingston. Svenska skådespelerskan, Kim Anderzon, hade förmodligen fortsatt glädja svenska folket med sin glöd. Tommy Ramone, den siste kvar av punkbandet The Ramones, skulle kanske kunnat sprida sitt konstnärskap till fler människor. Tina Eklund kanske inte hade suttitt och varit ledsen här bredvid mig av saknad efter förlusten av hennes mor, Anna-Bella. Sandra Wallins syster, Malin, kanske inte hade behövt bryta bröstbenet efter sitt terminala cancerbesked i ett senare skedde av sjukdomen då metastaser gjort att skelettet blivit skört (läkarna i Nässjö, Eksjö och Jönköping lyssnade inte på henne när hon sökte hjälp för sin smärta i ryggen). Malin kanske inte hade behövt ha dödsångest och oro över att lämna sin 10-åriga dotter, Cornelia.
Artikel 14
Rätt till utbildning Var och en har rätt till utbildning och till tillträde till yrkesutbildning och fortbildning. Denna rätt innefattar möjligheten att kostnadsfritt följa den obligatoriska undervisningen. Friheten att inrätta undervisningsanstalter med iakttagande av de demokratiska principerna och föräldrars rätt att tillförsäkra sina barn sådan utbildning och undervisning som står i överensstämmelse med föräldrarnas religiösa, filosofiska och pedagogiska övertygelse ska respekteras enligt de nationella lagar som reglerar utövandet av dessa rättigheter. Om skolan är obligatorisk ska undervisningen vara evidensbaserad och det ska inte förekomma stora faktafel i narkotika-och alkohol utbildningen till barn och ungdomar.

Det är medborgarnas pengar som finansierar skolornas utgifter och de ska inte bli bortslösade till felaktig kunskap från sekter och sektliknande organisationer som får ekonomisk finansiering av EU och på nationell basis. Det är ju ren galenskap att organisationer får så mycket pengar av stater och unioner för att "utbilda" samhället utifrån sina egna moralistiska åsikter. Om sjukinrättningar och myndigheter som polis och kriminalvård får föreläsningar från organisationer som låter politisk ideologi går före vetenskaplig fakta är det otroligt farligt och allvarligt för den globala folkhälsan.

Artikel 15
Fritt yrkesval och rätt att arbeta
Var och en har rätt att arbeta och utöva ett fritt valt eller accepterat yrke. Varje unionsmedborgare har rätt att söka arbete, arbeta, etablera sig samt tillhandahålla tjänster i varje medlemsstat. De tredjelandsmedborgare som har tillstånd att arbeta på medlemsstaternas territorium har rätt till samma arbetsvillkor som unionsmedborgarna. Marknaden för cannabis är enorm, och öppnar upp för yrkesmöjligheter och arbetstillfällen. Att släppa Cannabisen fri innebär alltså att marknader som kan främja människan är en mänsklig rättighet inom EU, sett till den vetenskap som talar för växten.
Artikel 16
Näringsfrihet
Näringsfriheten ska erkännas i enlighet med unionsrätten samt nationell lagstiftning och praxis. Med tanke på den ekonomiska situationen i EU så behövs nya marknader för att främja ekonomin för Unionen. Att öppna upp marknaden för cannabis innebär en enorm ekonomisk vinning för alla medlemsstater, när det kommer till både skatteintäkter, arbetstillfällen och en bättre folkhälsa för unionens medborgare internationellt och på den enskilde individens nivå.
Artikel 17
Rätt till egendom
Var och en har rätt att besitta lagligen förvärvad egendom, att nyttja den, att förfoga över den och att testamentera bort den. Ingen får berövas sin egendom utom då samhällsnyttan kräver det, i de fall och under de förutsättningar som föreskrivs i lag och mot rättmätig ersättning för sin förlust i rätt tid. Nyttjandet av egendomen får regleras i lag om det är nödvändigt för allmänna samhällsintressen. Immateriell egendom ska vara skyddad. Cannabisen tillhör naturen, således är det något alla har rätt att ta del av.
Artikel 18
Rätt till asyl
Rätten till asyl ska garanteras med iakttagande av reglerna i Genèvekonventionen av den 28 juli 1951 och protokollet av den 31 januari 1967 om flyktingars rättsliga ställning och i enlighet med fördraget om Europeiska unionen och fördraget om Europeiska unionens funktionssätt (nedan kallade ”fördrage”). Människor som har flytt från sina hemländer har oftast PTSD. Det finns dem som har blivit straffade av rättsväsendet för att de har gripits med Cannabis, när de har medicinerat för att kunna hantera sina psykiska åkommor. Det finns fall där folk har blivit tillbakavisade till olika länder för att dom har åkt fast för ringa narkotikabrott där dom riskerar tortyr, vilket är omänskligt.
Artikel 19
Skydd vid avlägsnande, utvisning och utlämning Kollektiva utvisningar ska vara förbjudna. Ingen får avlägsnas, utvisas eller utlämnas till en stat där han eller hon löper en allvarlig risk att utsättas för dödsstraff, tortyr eller andra former av omänsklig eller förnedrande bestraffning eller behandling. För att en person ska kunna utvisas ska han eller hon ha dömts för ett brott som kan medföra fängelse, oavsett fängelsetidens längd. Dessutom krävs att det antingen finns risk för fortsatt brottslighet eller att brottet i den aktuella domen är särskilt grovt.
För personer som vistats under en längre tid i Sverige ses det som rimligt att utvisning enbart ska vara möjlig för relativt allvarliga brott.
Det räcker att man har 50 gram Cannabis för att det ska ske i Sverige. Man blir utvisad. Det är en knapp månadsranson för hur länge det räcker när man använder medicinen.
Är det inte kollektiv bestraffning när samtliga cannabisanvändare blir förföljda och riskerar av med sina barn och kränkta av myndigheter?

Where to Start? The basics. The Ku Klux Klan has
approximately 150 active cells, operating in 41 states, with membership
concentrated in both the South and the Midwest. The KKK is not what it
once was but it does continue to survive in various locations throughout
the United States. At its peak, membership was in the millions. Now,
membership is likely less than 5,000. It is very important to understand
- the KKK does not have a central unified leadership. Instead, they are
split off into local cells or groups.
These groups generally oppose interracial
relationships, homosexuality and illegal immigration and historically
express this ideology through acts of terror. We want to remind you:
This operation is not about the ideas of members of the Ku Klux Klan.
This is about the behaviors of members of KKK splinter cells that bear
the hallmarks of terrorism. When members of the KKK like Frazier Glenn
Miller, (founder of the Carolina Knights of the Ku Klux Klan and the
White Patriot Party) murdered three innocent individuals at a Jewish
retirement home during Passover - the word "terrorism" was seldom found
in mainstream media's coverage of the attack. Why? What sort of violence
does it take to call *some* factions of Ku Klux Klan what *some* of
these cells really are?
We defend free thought and free speech. The anons
responsible for this operation will not support *acts* of terrorism and
*acts* of hate inflicted upon the public. The KKK is part of an
important cultural landscape and history in the United States.
We need to make room for important, blunt, honest,
public, productive conversation. Violent bigotry IS a problem in the
United States. This is not a colorblind society. It deeply divided on
racial lines.
We hope Operation KKK will, in part, spark a bit of
constructive dialogue about race, racism, racial terror and freedom of
expression, across group lines. Public discourse about these topics can
be honest, messy, snarky, offensive, humbling, infuriating, productive,
and serious all at once. The reality is that racism usually does NOT
wear a hood but it does permeate our culture on every level. Part of the
reason we have taken the hoods off of these individuals is not because
of their identities, but because of what their hoods symbolize to us in
our broader society.
In media, the Ku Klux Klan is an easy target to pick
on. In terms of the KKK, journalists usually print what they want with
very little consequence because sensational stories like this generate
impressive ad revenue (just like with the bogus OpKKK leak).
We feel it is important to provide accurate information
about our observations during this operation. We learned, that aside
from our striking differences in overall ideology and behavior, we have
found that many members of Ku Klux Klan groups actually have a few
important similarities to us. For example, they are mostly poor and
pissed off at the the Man. They oppose government surveillance and they
generally feel persecuted for free thought. Day to day, some klan
members work very hard for very little. This is a common ground we
understand all to well. We feel that the ability to find common
struggles with those that are very different than ourselves is
important. Even if they are filled with hatred. We will never sympathize
with the KKK but we do desire to understand them and learn about how
they see their world. We do see their humanity, we respect their right
to free thought and we know their fear of others is wrong. We also know
their behaviors strike fear, anxiety and terror into others. This will
no longer be socially tolerated.
In this dox list, you will find official members of
various KKK groups throughout the United States as well as their closest
associates (most are also in other extremist hate groups). You will see
many names with ALIAS beside it. If indicated, these are CONFIRMED
aliases. Other names on this list may be aliases, as well. Some aliases
we were unable to crack. The klan sometimes hides behind several online
identities. Given name or alias, these are the real people underneath
the hoods.
It is important to note that many klan members change
klan affiliations as well as go back and forth between being klan
members and neo nazis etc (sometimes both, if permitted). There is quite
a bit of movement between these types of groups (usually due to
infighting). For this reason, you will see some names of individuals
that are listed as neo nazis and so on. Some members of this list are
quite dangerous, sociopathic individuals. Others are not.
Data collected for Operation KKK was gathered over
approximately 11 months and those included on this list were identified
primarily through HUMINT (human intelligence) data collection
strategies. This means that individuals on this list were often
identified by human sources of information through both overt
(interviewing expert sources) and covert (digital espionage / social
engineering) methods. Individuals on our list were also identified
through open source intelligence strategies (OSINT). This is a broad
array of information and sources that are generally available to the
public. This includes: multimedia, academic records and public data.
Members often told on themselves to us about their connections with the
KKK during various chat conversations we had with klan members and
affiliates throughout the course of our operation. You never know who
you are talking to on the internet.
We understand this initiative is extremely
controversial and we know we will face much criticism for this operation
and our work will be heavily scrutinized. We hope this body of work
speaks for itself. This is the OFFICIAL Operation KKK 2015 intel report
associated with the @Operation_KKK Twitter account. The anons at
@Operation_KKK are responsible for this specific liberation of
information and we have done our best to ensure accuracy and avoid
collateral damage to innocent parties. Erring on the side of caution, we

against the violence and intimidation tactics leveraged against the
